PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program – Diving for Beginners

Do you want to feel the state of weightlessness and discover the magic of the underwater world, but do not dare to take courses or simply do not have time? The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program is just for you! Introductory scuba diving under the strict supervision of a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer!

On a large specialized diving ship, we will go to the islands of Racha Yai or Racha Noi. These are the most comfortable places for the first diving experience. Before the dive, you will find a detailed briefing on how to use the equipment and how the entire diving process will take place. Our team includes some of the best instructors on the island. They will answer all your questions and dispel any doubts. In shallow water, you will complete a few basic skills and, in tandem with an instructor, set off for an underwater adventure!

No more than two divers dive with instructor. Thus, we provide you with maximum safety, comfort and an individual approach.

Dive boats depart from Chalong Pier between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. Pickup from hotels in the following areas: Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Rawai, Chalong, and Nai Harn is available between 6:30 and 7:45 AM. Transfers from these areas are included in the tour price.

From the northern areas of the island: Surin, Bang Tao, Nai Thon, Mai Khao, and Panwa, transfers are available from 6:15 AM to 7:00 AM for an additional fee. Exact transfer times and prices will be provided later.

If you don’t have time for breakfast, don’t worry. Breakfast is provided on each boat. After your first dive, you’ll receive lunch and fruit. Water, tea, and coffee are available throughout the day. All of this is included in the tour price.

The program price depends on the destination:

Racha Yai — 3,900 baht

Racha Noi-Racha Yai — 4,300 baht

The standard Discover Scuba Diving program includes two dives. However, if you go to Racha Noi Island, you have the opportunity to do three dives for an additional 1,500 baht.

If your family members want to keep you company, but are not ready for diving, invite them on the ship! They can be on the boat as non-divers. During your dive, they will have the opportunity to snorkel. Enjoy the beauty of the underwater world from the surface, or sunbathe on the sun deck.

The cost for a non-diver is 2,200 baht.
