Have you witnessed an accident and do not know how to behave? After completing the EFR Primary & Secondary Care course, you will be able to act as a non-professional lifeguard. Learn to administer first aid following the same principles as medical professionals.

As part of the course, you will master the skills of providing emergency care in situations that pose a threat to the victim’s life. Learn to do cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid for severe bleeding, spinal cord injuries, and airway blockages.

The training includes two courses: Emergency First Response Primary Care — CPR and Emergency First Response Secondary Care — First Aid.

The course takes 1 day. Theoretical part: independent study of the textbook, watching a video, performing tests and analyzing them with an instructor. Final exam. Practical part: development of skills in diagnostics and assistance, execution of scenarios for the provision of primary and secondary care in emergency situations.

EFR Primary & Secondary Care certification is required for admission to the PADI Rescue Diver course.
